As the Official Credit Union of the Detroit Lions, we were uniquely positioned to create brand awareness in 2023 and early 2024 due to the incredible football season the Lions experienced. UMCU is the ONLY financial institution to offer fans a Detroit Lions branded debit card and Detroit Lions checking account, that offers a range of benefits including discounts on tickets, merchandise, and other fun events hosted by our Fan Cave, located inside Ford Field. I collaborated with the social media expert on our team to create the caption for this post.


U of M Wolverines Radio and Stadium Spots

I worked extensively with the videographer to create radio ads and scripts that were broadcast on local Michigan radio and read aloud at the Rose Bowl Game in Pasadena, California.

Graduation Campaign

Many students who join the University of Michigan Credit Union are under the impression they cannot stay with UMCU after graduation – that is not true. As part of a campaign to inform students and recent graduates that they can remain lifelong members, I developed not only the copy but the design concept for this graphic as well. I wanted to visually convey the idea that no matter where students go after graduation, they can retain their UMCU membership. I worked closely with the graphic designer to create one version for UMCU as well as a version for Eastern Michigan University Credit Union, a division of UMCU.

Auto Awareness Campaign

In my first month at University of Michigan Credit Union (UMCU), I was tasked with revitalizing and revamping an email campaign from the year prior. Thanks to my efforts, this email campaign saw a 20% increase in open rates compared to the year before. You can see the before and after below:
